What's In Michael Brandon's Basket?

Well, I think we all know the answer to THAT question - but as it pertains to tomorrow's Bad Boys on the Hudson event and our raffle prizes, Michael will be bringing some DVDs, a framed photo of himself, a worn jock (you may just be able to scrape out enough DNA to clone him - if you have that kind of lab back in your New York apartment that is, I guess!) and a set of sexy greeting cards!

And folks Michael and the Monster have checked in that they are both on their way to New York from a very sexy, fun weekend in PTown .. so expect Michael to be ready to roll with us all tomorrow!

As you know, you can always find Michael on his website and also if you follow him on Facebook, you may chance upon his famed bathroom series - although apparently Facebook has routinely censored his rather lascivious and explicit photos... things like that always make me wonder - with all the gay entrepenuers out there, why isn't there a gay version of Facebook where gay porn stars can express themselves openly? It's like Facebook is not so slowly becoming the new AOL where it all has to be kid friendly. Well, Mark Zuckerberg, if you're reading this, you can see what's happened to AOL over the years so you and your team might want to re-think being so restrictive... just sayin.

Which of course means that you'll have to rely upon this blog for pics from the event (they will NOT be Facebookable!!) as well as all the others who'll be coming and snapping pics throughout the evening (and as I've said before, cameras are welcome, inhibitions are not.. I'll also add that bad manners are also not welcome... )

 

Limited Number of July 10th Bad Boys on the Hudson Tix Will B Available at Door

I hear from my friends at the Sea Tea that tickets are going at an incredible rate this year and as the cruise is now about 24 hours away (as I write this) you might want to grab tickets NOW .. HOWEVER they will be holding back a very limited number of tickets for sale at the door (for those of you who just can't make up your mind - although I don't know what is holding you back - 8 sizzlin hot gay porn stars performing for you and raising funds for an awesome charity, Braking the Cycle) starting at 5pm at Pier 40 at the end of Christopher Street aboard the Queen of Hearts!

As you know, doors to the boat open at 6.. DJ Johnny Mack's music will already be revving up and you'll be able to belly up to our cash bar and enjoy the music and the evening sun all the while watching the porn stars arrive along the pier, mingling with our Braking the Cycle volunteers and me and my team take photos of them and get them all ready to go.

At 7 the stars will start selling raffle tickets with the BTC volunteers - REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR TENS AND TWENTIES because there will be 'crotch to floor' ticket deals (YOUR crotch to floor, $10, the porn star crotch to floor, $20.. same amount of tickets but hey you get the opportunity to take the roll of tix ... and measure... YUM).

The boat leaves the pier at 7:30 and the buffet dinner starts shortly thereafter ...

At 8, our performers bring it on.. that's all I'm saying - because if you don't know what porn stars do best, perhaps this isn't the right cruise for you!

At 9:15 we'll convene in the lower deck and all the stars and myself will be auctioning jocks and calling raffle tickets... REMEMBER TO BRING A FEW EXTRA BUCKS for this one of a kind auction for stars like Michael Brandon, Lance Navarro, Scott Spears, Chad Brock and Clay Towers whom we don't get the chance that often to undress... naturally too I have things to give away from locals LeNair Xavier, Spike and Mike Dreyden.

The boat returns to land at 10pm and then we'll all caravan down to PIECES at 8 Christopher Street where you can purchase the cheapest strongest drinks on Christopher Street. There the stars will sign pics and chat and hang .... it's the 2nd annual "after glow" party at Pieces.. don't miss it!! (Free for Bad Boys partygoers.. but if you weren't on the boat, I'll expect you, yes you, to make a small donation to Braking the Cycle!)

After that.. well, we'll be rode hard and put back but that's OK because a late night shower is often just the cure all to wash away the day.. or maybe you'd rather sleep with the funk... to each their own!

Remember, we encourage safer sex decisions at Bad Boys on the Hudson and all Will Clark events... so play and drink responsibly and wisely!

JUST FIVE DAYS LEFT TO BECOME A BAD BOY!

Time is running out for you to get your tickets to the p*rniest, sexiest, and, some would say, raunchiest party in all of New York City.

Considering the level of fabulous filth that goes on in these five boroughs, that's really saying something. LOL But seriously folks, how else do you describe a 2 and a half hour boat ride on the Hudson featuring 8 hot gay p*rn dudes with the uber sexy DJ Jonny Mack spinning music?

The line starts forming at Pier 40 at 5, the boat starts boarding at 6, the stars arrive around then and by 7pm they will start selling raffle tickets with our friends from Braking the Cycle for their DVDs and ID Lube (as well as some special items that you'll find out about once on board.. there may just be a jock strap or two.. I'd bring a few extra dollars -- like tens and twenties - if I were you.....a portion of the door and 100% of everything from the raffle goes to benefit Braking the Cycle!).

The boat leaves the Pier precisely at 7:30. If you are not on board.. I am sorry, our Love Boat does not wait. (i.e. so show up early and drink and buy those raffle tickets!)

At 8pmish, well, this is the 8th cruise. You know what happens. It's like the XXX witching hour. You've been drinking, so have the guys; you've had some dinner, and the men, well, they are HUNGRY.. The dance floor show starts at 8pm and finishes up around 9 with Jonny's tunes rockin the place throughout. Cameras are permitted dude, you might want to wear a hat. And sunglasses. And maybe a splash guard. :) (ha ha you think I'm kidding)

Then at 9:15 the stars join me on the lower deck for the raffle, introductions, pictures and of course a couple auctions for a personal item or two. You just never know what we're going to have to auction off, now do you?

By 10pm we'll be back in Manhattan and you'll be spent but not finished, so you'll want to join us for The After Glow Party at Pieces commencing basically as soon as we get down there.

Don't let the other bars fool you into thinking that they've got the After Party.... after the boat ride is the only time for you to RESIST TEMPTATION!! LOL Simply join the cluster of us heading down Christopher Street to Number 8. Cheap drinks and hobnobbing with the guys will go on until we get tired and want to go home. Dig?

Don't wait til the last minute, go to the Sea Tea site and get your tickets today $22 in advance, they'll be $25 at the door (I always say "if available" to put the fear of God into you so that you buy early but we have sold out once so it IS possible). The Sea Tea website has info where you can buy tix in person in Chelsea if you, like some, just don't trust your credit card over teh internets.

This is the party that they talk about all year long - don't be the one that wishes you'd gone! Men AND Women are invited... as long you like to drink, dance and cavort in unseemly ways with gay XXX studs!!

Sunday July 10th - Will Clark's Bad Boys on the Hudson

If you know about the Bad Boys Pool Party blog, I know you like when gay porn stars appear at a fundraising event baring it all. And the Bad Boys on the Hudson event is one that leaves nothing to the imagination! As in previous years, we'll have 8 hot n horny porn studs shakin and groovin their way around the boat selling raffle tickets for the first hour, shakin and groovin their way around the dance floor for the second hour and then in the third hour, I'll be downstairs with them, raffling off their goodies (dvds, cum towels, jockstraps.. you name it). And when the doors open at 6, DJ Jonny Mack will already be spinning his magic music, getting you in the groove for a thrilling cruise on the high seas - boat leaves the dock promptly at 7:30.. don't be late!

As usual, it'll all go to a good cause, Braking the Cycle, a cause that raises hundreds of thousands of dollars each year to fund the HIV/AIDS services at the LGBT Center here in New York City.

Friday with Michael, Scott and Lance (and Derek and Romaine)

Today both Michael Brandon and Lance Navarro arrive in New York for the Sunday party!

Tonight, Michael (and Scott Spears) are appearing on the Derek and Romaine Show  Sirius Radio's call-in show about everything erotic. The guys will be on around 8pm so listen in and give 'em a call and ask the burning questions about them you've just got to know the answers to!

Leonard in Virginia wrote me a note asking about Lance btw and I thought I'd share a little from his bio - Lance is originally from rural Virginia but has lived in California for the past five years. He's now working (after working in retail for awhile) as a certified massage therapist (CMT). He calls Sacramento home but travels to San Francisco regularly to appear at Michael Brandon's "Endowment" weekend parties and shoot for Raging Stallion (Fist Bump, Sounding 3 and an unnamed project) and, coming up soon will be shooting a webshow for Hot House. Lance says "My specialty is as a fisting bottom and sounding, however I look forward to doing some more mainstream work in the future and putting my big cock to good use."

Catch Up with Your Favorite Bad Boys!

Monday with Michael Brandon

Good morning New York and to start this blog off on a good solid note, I'm posting the pic I'm using to promote Michael Brandon's appearance at the July 11th Bad Boys on the Hudson.

Now, I hear ya asking - why are you naming this blog "Bad Boys Pool Party" if you're promoting "Bad Boys on the Hudson".. well, that's a good question and deserving of a good answer.

You see back in 1998 I started a party called "Bad Boys Pool Party" which featured a dozen gay porn stars meeting and greeting their fans at a private home in the Hollywood Hills. The party grew in size and eventually I started a second party in Palm Springs (in 2001). The L.A. party got too big for the spaces we were able to have access to but we had an incredible space out in Palm Springs called The Cree Estate - three acres, an incredible pool and the perfect set up parking-lot wise for a fundraising event that got national - and international attention.

Where does Michael fit in? Well, in 2000 Michael rejoined the industry after some time in jail and started his meteoric rise to the superstar that he is today. The party he first appeared at, which took place at a nice little home in WeHo was the first party to 'take off' and attract an incredible amount of people and make real money for our then charity, Aid for AIDS. Soon, Michael was headlining and sooner still, Michael was producing his own event, The Inappropriate Behavior Party as a reaction to an AFA volunteer who ousted him from the party for his "inappropriate behavior".

The two parties became linked - I threw the BBPP on Saturday afternoons and Michael threw his party on Sunday afternoons - it would turn into a weekend's worth of events and well, the rest of that is history.

But in 2005 I had produced 10 of these mega parties in 8 years and I was ready to take a break. There were a lot of contributing factors (my own distance from Palm Springs now living in NYC for example) to this decision and I didn't make it lightly but I made it nonetheless.

And yes when one stops doing an event, imitators will rush in and try to recreate it (even going so far, as one producer did, to simply replicate our advertising scheme - the blue water background with the yellow rubber duck - which indicated whimsy and support of safer sex practices) but none have been able to because these guys think that all you have to do to make a good party is to throw a bunch of porn stars at a pool and press 'play' and that's a Bad Boys Pool Party. Silly kids.

As far as the Bad Boys on the Hudson - yes I had made quite the to-do that last year's event would be the last one (it had already gone on a year longer than any other event I've ever done and I thought I'd quit while I was ahead! LOL) but when Michael re-emerged from his cocoon (as we all need to take a break from time to time) and joined me here in New York last January for P*rno Bingo, the first thing he said was that he wanted to come on back this summer for a BBH7 if I was going to do one. How can I refuse that kind of offer? Michael Brandon on the Queen of Hearts surrounded by fans and other porn stars? Raise the mast and let's set sail! Did you know that clothes actually simply fall off Michael when he walks through a door? It's true. <wink>

So today we begin the two week countdown to the most exciting Bad Boys on the Hudson event yet featuring nearly a dozen hotties -a couple of titleholders, a hall of famer, an ex military guy, New York's hottest go go man and so much more!

Here's what we're using as the promo pic.. but if you ask nicely I might be able to come up with something a little more revealing (and closer in tone to that 'clothes fall off of him' remark).
