PRIDE 40 - CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

So in just two months, we’ll be in the midst of Pride 40 www.nycpride.org , and there’ll be tons of people coming into town from all over the place and I’m wondering: what events do YOU recommend to friends when they come and you want them to see the real New York, the best New York? Not just the trendy places but the places that are actually fun and worth the time?

I’ll compile a Pride Week ‘schedule’ after checking out those events that I don’t know yet.. then I’ll post it which will give you a little outline of the things not to miss (and maybe a warning of a couple things to avoid)… for example, if you’re coming to town for the week, arrive early enough on the Sunday before to catch Folsom Street East and Broadway Bares later that night… a local’s advice: if you can make the later showing of the two, that’s always the one that gets a little randier. I’m just saying. No promises, Just observations over time.

GUYLINER GUY THRILLS

There is a thrill that is Adam Lambert. When he performs, he is ON and incredible, electric and showstopping. He belongs both on Broadway and headlining his own tour and let's hope that both happen soon.. meanwhile I officially am looking forward to seeing the finale (hope it's not during Bingo!!)

Just a quick note to wish you all good morning and to take a moment to say THANK YOU to my friends/fans over at the site Gingerhead Man http://www.gingerheadman.com/2009/04/ginger-classics-ginger-porn-legend-will.html who have thrown me a pretty fantastic honor today about which I'm sitting here at my desk blushing wildly. :) Am dashing to my day job but just had to put this out there today because, well, I love my fans and appreciate them. LATE NIGHT QUICKIE

So, yes,our porn star for tonight's Bingo canceled due to a family emergency and unfortunately on such short notice I've been unable to find a replacement so we'll just have to 'make do' with me, Amanda and Michael Formika-Jones... but we will have fun with the members of Team New York and there's more than one hottie in THAT crowd (and mebbe we can get them to pull their shirts off like we did with the Gotham Knights a few weeks ago).

On another note.. thanks to Fred who commented on the recent post about THREE DEGREES OF HUMILIATION asking for more info about earning leather... it's one of those subjects that takes a little thought so keep an eye and I'll be sure to get to it in the next few days. :)

Right now, it's 1;30am and I've been up since 6:30am - riding my bike to the George Washington Bridge in prep for my late summer bike ride to Montauk (more on this in upcoming posts as well) and I've just gotten home from seeing 9 TO 5 (cute, and surprisingly moving towards the end) followed by a late dinner at Vinyl midtown with the friend that went with me... a very full day!
