Well, I'll definitely never say never again - as you all know, last year's Bad Boys party was supposed to be the final one but then things started to fall into place to make this one happen, and wouldn't you know, it was one of the best parties ever.
Not just one of the best Bad Boys Hudsons but one of the best parties I've ever thrown. Ever.
I think you all know me well enough that I don't go on and on
about something unless I'm genuinely passionate about it.. and this
party, well, it started off with a worry that we'd be rained out but it
turned out to be a sprinkle and then the
torrent of porn stars flooded
onto the boat, we took pictures, fans followed and the music got
cranked up and then it was a party!!
And not just any old party - a feel-good, let it all hang out, fun, sexy, erotic, joyous event; you know, the kind that only comes around every so often. (and the kind that pictures just can't really capture entirely).
Thanks to the AVP volunteers who were FANTASTIC and the Sea Tea crew (Michael Fesco and Glenn), our DJ Phillip Kimball (and his husband George), our porn star talent Michael Brandon, Colin Steele, Bryan Slater, Duke Rivers, Scott Spears, Lance Navarro, Spike, Rocco Manley, Mike Dreyden and Alessio Romero, our go go GOD Torez who clearly had the time of his life. The cruise also enjoyed our final visit from our once a month visitor Amanda Takehometomother whom I'm very grateful for all she's done over the years. Thanks to my photog AB, my right hand woman Barbara (who knew right where to be and when and she knows what that means), to Damon L. Jacobs who came to promote Project Achieve and bring his sunshine along and to a event photographer Gustavo Monroy who created a lot of magic that launched the party.
Lots of familiar faces (smoooch,
Rollerena!), friends and club goers alike enjoyed the night. We'll be

Afterwards, despite a rival bar's attempt to pull people away from the actual after party at Pieces (wow, that's super skeevy), the first real Bad Boys on the Hudson After Party ever was a raging success filling the joint up, serving up cake made by a fan for the guys and generally winding down for some and winding up for others.
Michael Brandon and a couple of others got up on the pool table to dance for a little bit.. fun fun fun! There's only a few pics because after the cruise, we were all just wiped out so my apologies... (all photos by AB)
