Good morning Peeps, It's August

Good morning peeps! It's been a weird summer so far - June packed with Pride events and weddings (as you all know I work as a wedding Officiant and a wedding planner in my 'day job') and July with the Bad Boys and some deserved down time... And now, August - four weddings, five incredible Bingo nights and a trip to Phoenix planned... I'm looking forward to an incredible Chick Fil A-free month (and Towleroad is now reporting that Wendy's franchises in North Carolina have joined the Chick Fil A crusade even though Wendy's corporate has nervously issued a statement stating they "stand by their minority customers" - yes that sounds quite White and all but you know, it's Wendy's corporate, what do you expect?

But while we settle into another month of fun event, an ongoing heat wave and daily political crises, let's not forget to celebrate the little things in life - yes I'm talking about signs in windows that are too awesome to avoid. This is found in a coffee shop on Bleecker in the West Village. Enjoy. :) (I want a puppy!)
