Ok so full disclosure here - I am not a cook. I love making soup from scratch, that's fun. Making lasagna? Not fun. Making a Thanksgiving dinner? I can't even conceive of it... but San Francisco cooking chef Mary Risley (of the Tante Marie Cooking School) shows just how easy it is to make this meal - AND gives us all a little perspective on the whole thing in the first place. It's just a fucking turkey after all and with enough Pino, no one will care.
As for me, I'm spending tonight at the movies, tomorrow night at dinner with my best friend and then Friday and Saturday with my "acquired" family in Connecticut. No bingo this week but I'll see you all next Thursday night November 29th at our annual "Night of a Thousand Santas" featuring XXX superstar Jake Deckard. More on this after the holiday weekend.
