Good afternoon peeps!
This morning I woke up and I was just totally not connected to the world. I mean, I laid in bed for a good couple hours contemplating Life, the Universe and Everything while sipping a cappuccino brought to me
by my wonderful roommate who is also here today. I got a couple calls from loved ones and answered some emails. And that's the sum total of my day so far. Part of this is because the wind is howling, the windows in my apartment rattling and there is great comfort a warm bed. And it's not like I don't have tons of things to do ... but sometimes, you just need a good lay in bed (of one sort or another).
But in a few minutes, I shed my jammies, jump into the shower and then this afternoon have an appointment to meet up with a potential wedding client (as you all know, I am a Wedding Officiant and Planner in my 'day' life) and then, of course, tonight's Bingo.
Speaking of which, as you might know, Saturday March 9th is my birthday and tonight, Wednesday March 6th, we're celebrating at Bingo with a special show featuring XXX hottie Sam Colt along with two of my favorite Rock and Rawhide singers, Matthew Hashimoto and Nicholas Park. Our fabulous friend, Kylie Edmond will be on hand with her Rock and Rawhide peeps to raise money for toys and blankets for shelter animals.
We've got some fun giveaways, cheap drinks and good company.. on a night that promises to be cold and sleety, I can counter promise a good warm time. And, as always, if you're so inclined, you can stay after the show as the cabaret room will be open for those of you who want to belt your hearts out. :)
As always there's no cover and we'll have dollar bingo cards for sale which will go to benefit our charity.
