Good afternoon peeps - Feels good to switch on the Time Warner music channel, cook up a pot o soup and enjoy being at home and event-free for the first time in about a month. So I thought I'd take the opportunity to post some more Bingo pics - today's pics are from October 9th, a fundraiser for Team NY Aquatics and the night we got stood up by Cockyboys exclusive Levi Karter. He had a video shoot come up unexpectedly and forgot about Bingo (part of this was my fault, I had been insanely busy in the couple weeks before and was admittedly not sending out reminders as often as I usually do).
Ah well, in any event, he apologized and I re-booked him for an Xmas show - but meanwhile my other guest, drag queen Candy Samples showed up and gave a great performance and was, as usual, a great guest. Candy would go on to guest host for me in November but because of her schedule conflicts, I wasn't able to book her for the last series of shows. Frown. Very grateful to have had Candy join us for so many shows over the years and will miss the opportunity to sit next to her on the mic, trade barbs and hear stories of fundraising and naughty naughty behavior from her trips to New Orleans!
